What does a typical day look like for you?

Typically I am woken up by my puppy Tabitha, she rises early. I go through my morning routine of checking emails, social media, and texts. I have my schedule on my phone so usually I prep the night before. At this stage in my business all of clients are cultivated through me, meaning there are many hours that go into acquiring each new client. I am consistently trying new methods to see what works and what doesn’t, trial and error. New marketing ideas, partnerships, and most importantly routines are what I bounce back and forth with throughout the day. If I am working on my computer for an extended period of time, I love to break and jump on my mat and play around. It gives me a mental break and usually sparks some sort of idea(s).

What makes you become your most empowered self?

I feel powerful when I trust my vision and am in the midst of creating it. Being in the midst of creation is maybe one of the most powerful moments in your life.

What made you become the woman you are now?

Throughout my entire life I watched my mother do the impossible. She taught me that life is what you make it and she gave me the gumption to create and run my own business.

What did you have to leave in the past during your journey to total empowerment?

I left a full time job to pursue my passion. I prepped for it but taking the leap is always scary. Every day is a ride because you are completely depending on yourself, but that can be wildly exhilarating and powerful at the same time. You learn so much about yourself.

Do you have any role models?

Momma bear. And Gloria Steinem.

What is your biggest piece of advice?

Embrace evolution with yourself and everything around you.

What are you looking forward to?

I am so excited to see where this journey takes me, everyday is new and everyday is different. I embrace the opportunity to learn from my students and grow with them. The bond between a teacher and a student is strong.
